HOW DO I ORDER?
Click on your favourite design, choose your preferred colour and size, pay online and we will deliver your order to your doorstep.
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?
We deliver all over South Africa via local courier companies.
CAN YOU HANG THE ARTWORK OUTSIDE?
Yes, from April 2024, all our artworks get powder coated which means the artwork can be mounted outside.
NOTE: The Vinyl on Metal Posters are not suitable for outside use
DO YOU HAVE A SHOWROOM?
Unfortunately not, we are online only.
DO YOU DO CUSTOM ORDERS?
Yes, please click here to submit your design.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All our orders has a lead time of up to 10 days. After that, please expect another 1-3 business days for delivery via courier
WHY IS THERE A LEAD TIME?
Because we offer so many designs, with various sizes and colours, it's not
possible to keep stock of everything.
WHAT TYPE OF STEEL DO YOU USE?
Our artwork is generally made out of mild steel or stainless steel.
WHAT'S THE THICKNESS OF THE STEEL?
The thickness ranges from 1.6mm to 2mm depending on the product.
CAN I REQUEST A THICKER THICKNESS OF STEEL?
If for some reason you require us to use thicker steel, we can certainly help. Please contact us in this regard.
WHAT COLOURS ARE AVAILABLE?
Our standard colour offering is black, white, grey, charcoal grey, rose gold and gold. If you want a specific colour, please contact us.
HOW DO I MOUNT THE ARTWORK?
The artworks are mounted with screws and wall plugs (supplied with your order)
ARE THERE PRE-DRILLED HOLES IN THE ARTWORK?
Yes, we add pre-drilled holes for easy mounting. Please notify us we must not add pre-drilled holes to your order
ARE THERE SCREWS AND WALL PLUGS INCLUDED?
Yes, we include enough screws and all plugs to mount your piece against the wall. Please note, screws supplied are black in colour.

DELIVERY & RETURNS
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
We accept returns of up to 7 days from the date of receipt of the product, you would incur the shipment fee of returning a product. PLEASE NOTE, no returns are accepted for House Number Products.
I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
No worries, please notify us about this, and we’ll gladly sort this out for you.
MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
This rarely occurs, but the handling of the products during shipping is out of our hands. If for some reason you do see damage on your product upon receipt, please notify us.
WHAT DO I DO IF I ENTERED AN INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS?

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER AFTER I'VE SUBMITTED IT?
Yes, you can cancel or change your order within 24 hours or the time you placed your order. Please note, additional charges may be applicable.
